- Steven Kretchmer provides Free Shipping on all US domestic orders over $500 using 2-Day, trackable shipping on Fedex.
- Should you need your items of jewelry via one day or overnight, please contact orders@kretchmer.biz to discuss expedited shipping.
- The shipping address must match the billing address.
- An Adult Signature, 21+ years old, is required for delivery.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Complimentary Shipping is only available for US Domestic delivery.
- For International orders there is a flat fee of $150. Customers are responsible for all import fees.
Return Policy
Each piece of Steven Kretchmer jewelry is a precious object made from the noblest of materials while subscribing to the highest standards of excellence in craftsmanship. Steven Kretchmer jewelry is made by hand and every gemstone is different, as such, no item will be entirely identical to another, even if it is the same style.
Returns for refund or exchange: We at Steven Kretchmer want you to be completely happy with your order on stevenkretchmer.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for full credit of your purchase price, subject to the following provisions. All returns must:
- Be authorized and received by Steven Kretchmer within 10 days of receipt of your purchase
- Be in the same condition as when it was received
- Be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by Steven Kretchmer. RA#s must be clearly labeled on the outside packaging of all returns and on all enclosed paperwork. To receive a RA#, please email info@kretchmer.biz
- Include the original stevenkretchmer.com packing slip, and all Steven Kretchmer packaging and tags. Jewelry cannot be returned if tags have been removed.
- Note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund of your payment
- All returns will incur a $25 restocking fee. Customer will receive a 2-day shipping label via Fedex and proper shipping instructions.
- Be packaged properly in order to avoid loss or damage; customer is responsible for the condition of the goods as received by Steven Kretchmer.
- Steven Kretchmer will not accept any unauthorized returns of merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
- Custom designs and special orders are not returnable or refundable.
Steven Kretchmer ONLY accepts returns of product purchased via stevenkretchmer.com. For questions regarding returns of purchases not made through stevenkretchmer.com, please contact the authorized Steven Kretchmer retailer from whom you made your purchase.
Repairs & Alterations
All repairs and alterations of Steven Kretchmer jewelry must be performed by Steven Kretchmer. Steven Kretchmer is not responsible for any of its merchandise that has been adjusted, repaired, refinished or altered in any way by anyone except Steven Kretchmer. To start the process, please obtain a RA# from our Customer Service Department by emailing info@kretchmer.biz. Please include the RA# on the outside packaging and all enclosed paperwork of all repairs or alterations sent to Steven Kretchmer. Please include a clear definition of what alteration is required. Steven Kretchmer will advise the timeframe and cost of any repair or alteration by email once your item is received in our Scottsdale office. Customer approval and any applicable payment must be received before Steven Kretchmer will commence any repair or alteration.
