A piece brought back from retirement, the Astra Pendant is available exclusively in platinum with 24K crystallized gold inlay for a 5.0mm (0.75ct) diamond, ruby, or sapphire princess cut center stone. The pendants come with a four strand, platinum, diamond cut chain.
The pink sapphire pendant is a vintage, never been worn piece directly from the Kretchmer vault.
